SEAWEED TSUKUDANI 小豆島 海苔佃煮 100G
Using 50% of the natural rock seaweed paste (produced in Kyushu), this brewed whole soy sauce prepared with Japan local ingredients is carefully cooked with kelp soup stock from Hokkaido and dried bonito stock from Makurazaki.
Soy sauce, water candy, sugar, seaweed (50% natural rock seaweed, 30% seaweed, 20% bonito flakes), bonito stock, kelp stock, agar, (some of the ingredients include soybeans and wheat)
Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature. Once open please keep refrigerated.
